The adventure in Australia was only supposed to last twelve months. After a year of study as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, I received a Master of Environmental Science from the Australian National University. This led to a year as a research fellow in the ANU Fenner School of Environment and Society after which I accepted a position with ANUgreen, the campus environmental management office.
